20 Mushrooms (whole and raw)
3/4 C. Ricotta Cheese
3/4 C. Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Finely Diced Onion
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
3/4 C. Grated Cheddar Cheese
Paprika
Clean and core the mushrooms, then saute in butter with the diced onion. Combine ricotta, cream cheese, parsley and garlic salt to make the filling. Spoon about a tablespoon of filling into each mushroom then sprinkle with cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.
