3 Large Cans Sliced Peaches
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Box Yellow or White Cake Mix
3 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain peaches saving one cup of the juice. Spread peaches out evenly in a 9 x 13 pan, top with juice and cinnamon. Mix together softened cream cheese and cake mix until crumbly and sprinkle over the peaches. Melt the butter and pour over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
Note: I only ended up using half of the cream cheese and cake mixture.

I LOVE cobblers! Thanks for posting this one. I've made them quite a few times before, but never with cream cheese... sounds yummy! You could also try blackberries, they're my favorite :-). Any type of berry would probably work... wonder about strawberries...hmmm.. will have to try that.
ReplyDeleteI love blackberries too. I will definitely be trying a variety of different fruit cobblers now that I know how easy it is.
