1 Large Avacado (peeled and pitted)
2 Tsp. Fresh Lime Juice
2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/4 C. Finely Chopped Red Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic (minced)
1 Serrano Chile (seeded and chopped)
1/4 Tsp. Salt
Mash avacado with a fork or electric mixer. Mix in lime juice. Add all other ingredients and blend well.
