Crockpot White Bean Chicken Chili



1.5 lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
2 (15oz.) Cans Great Northern Beans or Navy Beans
1 (15oz.) Can White Corn
1 Envelope Taco Seasoning
1 (4.5oz.) Can Chopped Chilies
1 (10.5oz.) Can  Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (14oz.) Can Chicken Broth
1/2 C. Sour Cream
Optional Toppings:
Chopped Green Onions
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Place chicken in crockpot and top with beans and corn. In a medium bowl, combine taco seasoning, chilies, condensed soup, and chicken broth, mix well and pour over chicken and beans. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or HIGH 4-5 hours. Before serving, pull apart chicken and stir in sour cream. (Optional) Top with green onions and monterey jack cheese.
