4 C. Mixed Baby Greens
1/2 C. Diced Mango
1 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Mint
1/4 C. Crumbled Feta Cheese
2 Tbsp. Minced Red Onion
1 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
Whisk together white balsamic vinegar, olive oil, orange juice and mint to make the dressing. Then combine greens, mango, feta and onion in a large bowl. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
