3 lb. Johnsonville sausage (mild, sweet or spicy)
2 C. Chopped onion
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
64 oz. Tomato Sauce
64 oz. Tomato Sauce
3 tbsp. Parsley
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Oregano
1 tbsp. Basil
Remove sausage from casings and brown in a large pot with chopped onion until thoroughly cooked. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 4 hours. Serve over angel hair pasta.
