Crispy Honey Garlic Shrimp



1 bottle (8 ounces) Italian salad dressing
1 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and rinsed

In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, honey and garlic; set aside 1/2 cup. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable bag and add the shrimp. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes (or longer if you have the time). Cover and refrigerate reserved marinade for basting. Once shrimp is done marinating, thread shrimp onto metal or soaked wooden skewers. Coat grill with oil to prevent shrimp from burning and grill uncovered for about 1 minute on each side, then baste with remaining marinade and continue grilling for about 4 more minutes (turning frequently) or until shrimp is pink. Yields 4-6 Servings.
