1 (20 ounce) package Oreo cookies, Crushed (I used "double stuff" - highly recommend : )
1 (5.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk (plus 1/2 cup milk)
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
You have a couple options here as far as presentation goes, you could layer everything in a 9X13 baking dish, a triffle bowl or individual serving dishes/glasses. I'll tell you what's in each layer and you can decide. If you use a shallow dish you may only need one layer of each - once you are finished layering, refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Layer 1: Prepare chocolate pudding according to package directions - do not let pudding set.
Layer 2: Put cream cheese and sugar in mixing bowl and mix until creamy, then add 1/2 cups milk to cream cheese and continue to mix. Add 1 container Cool Whip to cream cheese mixture, mix until smooth and creamy.
Layer 3: Crush oreo's into small pieces.
