Mom's Pie Crust

This makes enough for about 3 pie crusts. Whatever you don't use, you can keep in the refrigerator to use within the week.

4 C. Flour
1 1/3 C. Butter Shortening
2 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 C. Ice Cold Water
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
